Please fill out the form below to insure the proper registration process for your watercraft. In the memo section please give a date and time when you will have your boat ready for inspection. Make sure that your lot numbers and State registration numbers are on the watercraft and in the correct location with contrasting colors or your watercraft will Fail Inspection. If your watercraft is not approved, Woodcliff decals will not be issued.
